Ronald Pulvermacher is the founder and president of Matrix Product Development, a forward-thinking, future-leaning firm working with cutting-edge technology for 13 years. Ron started Matrix Product Development because he likes working with new technologies and finding solutions not previously thought of. Matrix helps companies solve custom problems, utilizing the expertise from solutions the team has already created.

David Peters is a senior software engineer with over 12 years' experience in the design and development of software systems in the Industrial and Agricultural Industries. Dave is proficient in embedded firmware systems, Pocket PC, and the PC. Dave Peters has provided software for medical devices, tilt sensors, Internet-connected vending machines, dealer quoting packages, farm database management systems, stanchion barn detachers, parlor detachers, washing controls.

Dave Pulvermacher has been a Design Engineer with Matrix Product Development since 2005. Dave has assisted on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to, RFID, medical, low-power battery operated systems, cost sensitive applications and custom HMI panels. He has experience with all stages of the design cycle including initial conceptualization, schematic and hardware design, prototyping and testing.

Dave Johnson has been an informative systems specialist since 1993. He has been an architect and developer of software solutions for a broad range of business and scientific software. Dave Johnson's experience includes participating in all phases of the software life cycle, from gathering requirements, prototyping, testing, end-user training and maintenance, He has managed junior developers on his teams and complied with budgetary constraints for his projects. Dave specializes in Java, .NET and in his spare time studies robotics.

Kristie Pulvermacher is a Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Communications Professional with 12 years of successful, award-winning sales experience. Industry knowledge includes Wireless RFID, Hospital, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. Kristie's specialties include client relationship management, brand marketing and messaging, sales and advanced communication techniques, strategic planning, market analysis, budget and financial management. Kristie is responsible for key strategic alliances as well as Matrix's sales, product management, business development and marketing initiatives.
